BUILD renovated the 26,000 square foot clubhouse at Wildcat Run in Estero. Remodeled throughout including a new roof and windows and doors, the space was updated with modern features that include new flooring, acoustical ceilings, lighting fixtures, and plumbing fixtures.

Phase Two:
An addition of a one-story Grill Room encompassing the dining room, lounge, card room, and locker rooms was completed in this second phase at Wildcat Run. This included increasing the Club’s casual dining space, outdoor dining as well as adding an indoor/outdoor bar and social gathering area. Two bocce courts and firepits were added to the social area.
