Designed by MHK Architecture, a multi-phase renovation was completed at the Inn on Fifth. The pool deck underwent a renovation that included new pedestal pavers, a trellis, aluminum gates and railing. An open cabana and pool side dry bar was added to the transformed pool deck.
The hotel rooms were updated with new flooring and the bathrooms were remodeled. The windows and sliders were replaced in the hotel rooms as well as the balcony railing to match the pool deck.
