This project comprised of multiple phases with the interior demolition of 11,000 square feet as well as the office build-out for Halstatt’s corporate offices. Designed by Jonathan L. Titus, AIA, the tenant improvement included new millwork, wood wall panels, cabinetry, storefront glass offices, doors, paint, wall treatments, custom lighting, and flooring. The HVAC system was upgraded with Smartx temperature sensors and VAV controllers.

The space transformed from a dark corridor style office to an open, light, and bright working environment along with the addition of spacious conference rooms and lounge areas. The wood paneling on the walls and ceilings creates a unique ambiance in this contemporary styled office.

Halstatt was awarded a 2021 Silver Aurora Award. BUILD was selected by a panel of top industry experts, who reviewed hundreds of entries, to be named a leader in the commercial construction industry.
